In order to get maximum use out of your slide or bounce house, you’ll want the surface to be as level and flat as possible. Be sure the area is free of mud, rocks, etc., as it could cause damage to the inflatable.

Yes, the full rental price includes all of this. Additional fees will be assessed for longer distance deliveries outside of a 30-mile radius, and these fees may vary per location. Please contact us via phone or email to find out about delivery dates and how much it will cost.

Yes. There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee for any reason.

Absolutely. A waiver is required to be signed (Adult supervision is mandatory when using our equipment). We take the safety of our customers very seriously, and we want to make sure that you know how important it is before renting with Ozone Inflatable Rentals. If you have any questions about what all is required for this activity, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or come by our location!

Ozone Inflatable Rentals’ units come with a 100-foot extension cord (for a blower), so you’ll only need to provide an outlet and water hose.  Also, larger units require two outlets to operate two blowers. You can find the inflatable unit for rent on our website or contact us for more information!

Call Ozone Inflatables immediately. If you don’t, we will charge a $300 cleaning fee and may even require total repair of the machine or replacement! Food isn’t always easy to clean up from so be careful about what gets sprayed around while using it. Any damage to the inflatable rental, such as excessive silly string or actual damage such as a cut in the material will result in total repair cost or replacement.

After the unit is set up by Ozone Inflatables, please do not move under any circumstances. If moved, additional fees may apply! Call us with questions.

A $50 deposit is required upon reservation. If paying with a credit card, or Venmo unit must be paid for the day before delivery. Otherwise; the balance of payment will be collected when we arrive for set up.

We used Ozone inflatable for my kids birthday party yesterday and everything went absolutely perfect! From the first time I called Pam was absolutely amazing; very professional, communicated well and worked with us when we had to reschedule our party date. The drivers were awesome as well! They called to notify us when they were on their way, we’re on time and very personable! The 2 gentlemen set up everything so quick and answered any questions I had!
